I phoned several solicitor firms in order to find a solicitor that I felt had the necessary skills to protect my son and ensure his future. The first time that I spoke to Harvey Daniels, I knew that he was the right solicitor to represent me. Harvey is not your traditional Solicitor. He, is a knowledgeable, caring, understanding, patient and professional Solicitor. He comprehensively explained every stage of my legal case, including action plans for every eventuality. This alone is evidence of his expertise and experience. Harvey has a gentle and genuinely caring nature about him. He actively listened to my worries and concerns and reassured me where possible without making any false promises. Harvey spent hours on the phone answering my numerous questions. He never got impatient with me, despite the fact that I would ask the same questions repeatedly during the same phone call. Instead, he insisted that I asked any questions that I felt were necessary untill I understood the purpose of his phone call. I never felt rushed or that I was taking too much of his time. Harvey made me feel that I was never overwhelmed by my unusually long court case. He also updated me immediately of an actions. He also made feel that I was his only client despite the fact that I was not. The applicant would constantly make late applications to the court on purpose, in an attempt to ambush Harvey. These applications were often made between 2 to 3am on the days of hearings. Nevertheless, Harvey was always ready to address these applications and never sounded flustered or unprepared. Through Harvey's hard work and dedication, he achieved a successful Court Order that gave me Solely FULL PARENTAL RIGHTS UNTIL MY CHILD IS EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD WITH A BARRING ORDER THAT PREVENTS THE OTHER SIDE FROM MAKING FRIVOLOUS COURT APPLICATIONS FOR THREE YEARS. IN ADDITION TO NO DIRECT OR INDRECT CONTACT. NO VISITATION UNLESS THE COURT ORDER IS CHANGED. I do not have the words to express my gratitude to Harvey for not only his tiredless work but the gueniue support that he gave me through my long court case. Thank you Harvey.
