I have a small commercial shop in Wallington that I manage for Mum. I live abroad. My real estate manager recommended Paul. We had some challenges come up with the shop and lost our new tenant. We got another tenant apply. These tenants or their solicitor really dragged the lease, they kept asking repetitive questions. Very frustrating. Paul handled the situation with patience and ease, he was very professional. He was very generous with his time. Thank You Paul for all your time and patience dealing with me, the tenants and their solicitor. There were a few heated moments there so I thank you for your professionalism and patience.
