We were recommended Baldwin and Robinson by my sister and her partner who had recently used them, and from the get go they were very professional and knowledgeable, while communicating clearly about what was required from us. As this was our first property purchase, it was very helpful to have a solicitors who were so easily able to answer our questions, and take us through the process of purchasing. Tiegan in particular was great throughout, and on a few occasions when we experienced delays out of our control, kept us updated with clear communication. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Baldwin & Robinsons services.

Sophie Miller was an absolute credit to Hay and Kilner. She was professional, knowledgeable and so helpful throughout our remortgage process. Sophie was efficient and fast at responding and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks for the excellent service provided by you and the team in making our sale and purchase progress as smoothly as it did. A special mention to Sharon in the completions team for her responsiveness and experienced words of advice.
