I think when getting Legal advice it can be a real mistake to go for the cheapest price! I am glad I did not do that and instructed Pool Alcock to act on my behalf in a land dispute. Everything was left to them and this resulted in winning my case - it looked like the person I was in dispute with went for the 'cheaper' Solicitor... A special mention for one of the partners Daniel Brookes who was superb from start to finish. Highly recommended..........

I engaged Ronald Fletcher Baker (RFB) after inadvertently entering into a punitive property auction contract with an aggressive and litigious Property Trader. The RFB team were very forthright in their assessment of the situation and managed my expectations from the start. There were various points in the transaction when I would have erroneously breached the contract after being pressured by the other side. The RFB Team offered clear-headed counsel during these key times whilst respectfully giving me the space to make the final decisions. The transaction concluded successfully Were it not for the RFB team I would no-doubt have ended-up significantly disadvantaged.
