Gregory Ostroff provided outstanding legal advice in a dispute with our former landlord over the return of a substantial deposit at the end of a ten-year commercial lease. What particularly impressed me was his excellent judgement and strategic approach. He knew exactly how and when to escalate the pressure on the landlord, while carefully avoiding unnecessary legal costs and the risk of being drawn into expensive litigation. Throughout the process, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to assess the situation, anticipate the landlord’s response and determine the most effective course of action. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gregory to anyone seeking an excellent litigation lawyer.
