Ian Cranefield’s knowledge of the law in the area of Elderly Abuse has stopped nothing short of saving my elderly mother. We found Ian through ‘Action Against Elderly Abuse’ after being previously advised that Mum’s case was ‘Insurmountable’. Ian’s expertise proved that it was anything but! He was excellent with Mum always addressing questions to her, checking she had an understanding and that she was happy with all he proposed. Ian secured a settlement for mum that we had began worry was never going to be attainable. She is now financially independent again and can put this stressful time behind her. I honestly can't praise Farleys highly enough for the service we have received which has been exceptional throughout. I turned to them for advice during an already very long and difficult house sale for elderly parents involving power of attorney and probate, having received a poor, unresponsive service and incorrect advice from the solicitors we were with initially. The decision to switch to Farleys was a very easy one to make as Gavin Hall was approachable, knowledgeable and understanding from the first contact. It has always been easy to get through and all agreed actions carried out straight away. At a difficult and stressful time for our family Gavin's support in resolving the house sale so quickly, efficiently and sensitively has been a huge help and we are genuinely grateful.

Sharad assisted me recently with a case relating to being a 3rd party interest to a POCA case, through no fault of my own. I was understandably quite overwhelmed and concerned. I recently used the services of Mlp Law in connection with my late Mother's Will. The Will named three Executors and we were advised by our solicitor Jane Hunter that the most effective way to proceed was for the Executors to agree a Lead Executor who would then be responsible for all future instructions. This approach was agreed with the Executors which proved to be invaluable advice. The execution of my Mother's Will was carried out with sensitivity and professionalism and I was kept informed at each and every stage of the process. I dealt with other members of the Mlp Law team during the process all of whom provided the highest standard of service and were always available during a difficult time. I would recommend anyone to use them.
