“We started the journey of buying our first home with Lyons Bowe and everything was made so simple and efficient. The process was quite quick and had updates on all steps. Amalia from Completion team worked through our paperwork so quick that we didn't even noticed when contracts were exchanged. All team deserves a pro bono. Thank you everybody in those offices who supported us for the entire process. I gladly recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors and defenetley they will remain our solicitors choice for next projects aswell.”

“Chanel and the team were excellent throughout the process. Communication was consistently good, and Chanel was always happy to take my calls and answer any questions. At very short notice, she arranged for me to meet with a colleague to sign some documentation, as I was unable to arrange this through my local solicitors. Although this was a slightly stressful situation, I couldn’t fault Chanel and the team for their prompt response and willingness to help. The mortgage completion itself was handled efficiently and without any unnecessary stress, which was greatly appreciated. Money transfer was efficient and without issue Overall, I would happily rate the solicitors and the service provided 5 stars. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Thank you again to Chanel and the team for all their hard work.”

“As an executor I needed the right level of expertise to navigate what was a very challenging situation; Hayley provided the expertise and guidance to help me through and was an incredible source of support. She seamlessly accommodated what I could handle myself with stepping in to help, which allowed me to deal with my role in a way I felt comfortable with. Easy to communicate with, she felt accessible and 'in my corner', which is not always the case with so many professional experts. I would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.”

“Peter led our house sale and purchase for us which finalised over the summer. This is the 4th time we've used a conveyancer, and historically we've always been disappointed by responsiveness and communication. Peter was a breath of fresh air, he couldn't have been more helpful to our process and this really helped the situation not be as stressful as it could have been. Any query about legal jargon,he was more than happy to help, we really felt he went above and beyond and want to thank him so much for his valued work”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have now successfully completed the purchase of our first home, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Sarah and Freya at Bright Solicitors, Plymouth. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process and made everything run so smoothly. As first-time buyers, we were naturally a little anxious and sometimes rushed things by calling and chasing for updates. We’re sorry for contacting you so many times, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support throughout. Thank you so much, Sarah and Freya, for all your hard work and for making our first home-buying experience such a smooth and positive one. Your service was truly excellent, and we would highly recommend Bright Solicitors to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much for everything!”
