I choose this firm from its awards for being family friendly and whilst Jelena professionally and robustly had my back during the negotiations she also actively listened to my personal circumstances and considered the human element of the finance agreement/ divorce that is there when kids are involved. Unfortunately my ex chose a firm that put 'tanks on the lawn' with super-slow response times whereas Edward Cooke were considered and responsive (within 24/48 hours) which reduced my stress levels greatly. As an example of their commitment to their client when I was put in a corner they called me back from home late on a Friday due to the urgency.
