I would just like to let everyone know about the experience I have had with Martha Holland. From the first consultation where I was so nervous I couldn't even log into the meeting! She was very patient and never made me feel silly. Yes she is my solicitor but I truly feel that she has gone above and beyond for me helping me when she didn;t need to - always returning my calls and checking in. I've told her things that I hadn't told anyone and she understood, never judged just listened with an open heart. I hope no one has to go through any awful domestic abuse situations but if you do you will not be disappointed if you engage with Martha. Her kindness and empathy makes me want to cry. She is a wonderful lady with an honest soul. So thank you Martha for being ther for me, for listening to me cry over silly things and for making an awful experince less daunting x

I came to Samia as a litigant in person, several months into defending a non-molestation application I believed had no merit. I'd prepared my own statements and evidence and had already been through a few hearings alone, but the matter had been listed for a contested final hearing and I knew I needed proper representation. From the first conversation, Samia was clear, candid, and genuinely engaged with the detail of my case. She reviewed everything I'd filed and gave me a straight assessment including being upfront about costs and about where pursuing something further wouldn't be proportionate. That honesty and Samia's attention to detail is exactly what you want from a solicitor. Throughout, she kept me fully informed, copied me into correspondence, and as she put it herself, acted as a buffer at a point when I badly needed one. After months of carrying the matter myself, having someone competent take the weight made a real difference. The outcome was the best I could have hoped for: the application dismissed, no order made against me, and the whole thing resolved without a contested hearing and at a fraction of the cost I'd been bracing for. I'd recommend Samia without hesitation.
