From our very first meeting with Alex, my wife and I felt heard and cared for during our case to overturn the local authority's refusal to name our preferred secondary school setting in our daughter's EHCP. Alex advised us expertly and recommended first-class OT and S&L professionals to support our case. She worked collaboratively with us and the professionals, including our EP, as a team. Whilst the prospect of going to a tribunal was daunting, we felt in good hands from start to finish. Our case was so strong that we managed to settle two days before heading into the tribunal, which was a huge relief.
