Top 10 of 3,549 law firms for Financial Penalties for Employers, Employment

Elliot is a brilliant lawyer. He came recommended to me by another customer and he did not disappoint. He had a challenging start as he had to read-in on an already developed case. This did not deter or hamper him though. Immediately he was able to find the legal merits and risks, but more importantly, he was able to give sage advice on the risks/ rewards to legal action. Ultimately, and through his actions, we reached a positive solution in a timely manner. I would recommend Elliot wholeheartedly. Thank you

Had an opportunity to engage Fiona and Samantha in my employment matter, I was very impressed with prompt responses and advice given by BTMK. Would definitely recommend them for their service. The whole process was very smooth and team were very honest about costs. Really efficient service. Thanks Fiona and team.

Leah has been very professional She made me feel at ease, lovely telephone manner everything was taken care of an excellent experience

Amy was able to secure a financial settlement after my employers announced they were making me redundant. She was incredibly helpful (in what I can only describe as a very stressful time). I would definitely recommend her to friends and family

I've had the pleasure of working with Louis and Ian on a retained basis around employment law queries and general advice. Whether it is just a quick query, a complex case support or anything in between both are always quick to support, a pleasure to talk to and clear on advice and guidance. They give a good balance of the legal aspects and commercial considerations which is the perfect balance. Knowledgeable, efficient but most importantly a pleasure to speak to. They additionally try hard to know our business, which goes a long way to giving informed advice.

Recently was recommended to speak to Brian Tait re my pending Redundancy, so glad I did. He was very friendly but professional and very helpful in my situation . Would recommend anyone to go to Morgans and speak to him, would certainly use him again (hopefully not for redundancy tho 😊 ). thank you again Brian for all your help.

I had a separation agreement from my employer for which I needed prompt legal assistance as I had a deadline of ~48 hours. I contacted several law firms who were charging substantially more than my employer was offering as compensation and they were taking a long time to get back to me. After I got in touch with Tees, I got a call from Ola almost immediately. She worked quickly and she was thorough and courteous with her advice towards me and her communication with my employer. Everything was tidied up professionally and efficiently and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

Amazing experience with Curwens! Kaajal Nathwani and Liam Rochford were responsive, proactive and professional. They were friendly and treated me with empathy. They achieved more for me than I expected! I would not hesitate to use Curwens' services in the future!

I had quite a complicated (to me) settlement agreement that needed ratifying. Tom Burton Wills was reassuring and kowledgable and the process was completed with the minmum of fuss and time. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others.
