I contacted Farleys in June/July 2023 seeking support and justice following various breaches by Greater Manchester Police during my unlawful detention in May 2023. Alice and Joseph were there every step of the way and kept me informed during every step of the process. GMP admitted responsibility in the most part for what I experienced and a fair outcome was settled out of court. Farleys helped to take the stress and anxiety out of taking on a Police force.

I contacted Isabella in an emergency situation with the police and DAIS involved. I was very scared and very confused about what I could do in this situation, especially as not being British, my legal situation was linked to another country. She helped me through two long years of complex proceedings for divorce, NMO and child arrangements involving four statements, Cafcass reports, Police disclosure, a Psychological Assessment through an external agency and representation through a Barrister in five court hearings with the last bundle of documents for the hearing comprising of 389 pages. We never missed a deadline and Isabella worked late hours and on days when she would have been off. On Court hearing days, when she couldn’t be present, she always managed to send her thoughts and a message through. The proceedings are closed now but, as I still need it, I will continue to use her services.

I had the pleasure of working with Syed Naqvi for my legal case which was carelessly and unprofessionally handled by previous solicitors. I couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Syed. Syed is an accomplished Immigration and Human Rights' solicitor. Syed is a professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable asset of ITN solicitors. His attention to detail and quick responses to my questions always gave me peace of mind throughout the legal process. His approach for challenging the Home Office / Courts in the form of covering letters, PAP, JR etc is far better than the so called barristers who are only interested in taking clients’ fee to provide a Copy & Paste version of their submissions. I highly recommend Syed to anyone in need of reliable and expert immigration assistance. Thank you Syed for your exceptional service!
