This work covers applications connected with the UK post‑study work route that allowed graduates to stay in the country after finishing their studies. A solicitor helps clients assess eligibility, prepare and submit the Home Office application, gather evidence on qualifications, finances and study, and respond to any requests for further information. They also advise on switching to other visa routes if the Graduate Route or similar offers are available, and on deadlines and refusals.

Where a solicitor protects your position

The solicitor identifies the key decision points, including eligibility criteria, supporting documents, and timelines. They explain the consequences of a refusal, protect the client’s position by addressing gaps in evidence, and coordinate any required representations or appeals under UK visa law. Their role is to ensure the correct, timely submission and to manage follow‑up actions if the Home Office requires clarification.
