We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding support and expertise provided by Chloe Edwards in helping us win a public inquiry to prevent the creation of a public right of way across our land. This case took nine long years to reach its conclusion, and throughout that time, Chloe remained dedicated, professional, and incredibly thorough in her approach. Chloe was also assisted by Daisy Cuthbert, whose support was invaluable throughout the process. Together, they ensured that every detail was carefully handled, and their teamwork was evident in the success of our case. In addition, Chloe instructed Kathrine Barnes, a barrister from 39 Essex Chambers, who provided expert legal representation. The combination of Chloe, Daisy, and Kathrine made for an exceptional team, and we couldn’t have asked for better support throughout this long and complex matter. Chloe’s attention to detail, strategic thinking, and consistent communication made the entire process much more manageable. We are absolutely thrilled with the successful outcome and highly recommend Chloe Edwards to anyone in need of a skilled, dedicated solicitor.

Very professional and efficient. Exceedingly knowledgeable of some issues that cropped up regarding land title charges.
