I went in for a standard statutory declaration witnessing, costing only £5, but having not done it before I came unprepared - only with a digital copy. Desmond and the lovely woman at the reception showed great patience and printed the form off for me, as well as checking it for mistakes and giving guidance on how to post it and who to.
