Philip Collins and Jessica Whooley have been exceptional throughout my time with them as a client. After a lengthy and intense Will dispute, Phil and Jess have both worked endlessly and proactively to get a 2 year long settlement over the line. Not only are their legal skills greatly appreciated but what sets them apart is the duty of care they show to their clients. Not only is a process like this financially draining (which they were very mindful of), but also emotionally draining. Jess and Phil were always available to clarify any concerns or listen to my frustrations and act upon them in a rational and professional manner. It really is refreshing to work with solicitors that truly have your best interest at heart and show as much levels of empathy as Jess and Phil have in such a tough industry. Would highly recommend!
