What a scary position to find myself in. Needing to appoint a Solicitor to act on my behalf. I had no idea who to approach, so I googled divorce solicitors. I read some reviews left for Major Family Law ad decided to leave a message. From my free telephone consultation to the end result was well worth the google find. Our daughter experienced a break up with her husband and required some immediate legal advice and support to ensure that she would receive the appropriate separation agreement to provide support for her and two young children. I knew Jonathan professionally through my commercial dealings with his previous firm and therefore suggested that he be contacted to provide the necessary advice and support. He worked closely with our daughter over the next few months and despite the level of complexity he achieved a very satisfactory outcome providing her with the financial support required. Jonathan is a highly professional lawyer who provides clear advice with options setting out the steps to be taken to achieve the desired result. I can recommend Jonathan as a truly supportive advisor when one is having to deal with a very difficult set of circumstances.

Spoke to one of the lovely Solicitors here Lottie, she was amazingly kind and was incredibly helpful, I was able to get a better guide plan in place after listening to her help and advice, This was all during the free consultation as well. In contrast to a vast majority of other family law firms they have extremely reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend this service.

My son’s partner took his 2 year old son away from him without warning. He needed legal representation quickly. Major Family Law did this. Sam was second to none with his professionalism, knowledge, support, counsel and efficiency throughout. Yes it’s his job and yes fees can be daunting, but, if you’re in a position where you have to fight for a Child Arrangement Order especially then this should be your choice. A huge thank you Sam. You made an extremely traumatic and difficult situation so much easier.

Major Family Law is an outstanding firm that I highly recommend. Sam Carter is exceptional – he is a very personable, empathetic and hugely knowledgeable solicitor – this was clear from our first interaction. During incredibly stressful proceedings Sam has been a constant calm presence, always happy to answer questions while offering pragmatic and sensible advice. This clear and honest advice has in turn has allowed expectations to be managed while allowing me to feel I have autonomy. Sam is good humoured and unflappable - with the ‘noise’ that proceedings can bring this is important and helps to keep things focused where they need to be. I really can’t recommend Sam enough - he has been an incredible advocate for myself and my children. He truly is an asset to Major Family Law. I chose Jonathan Dunkley at Major Family Law for my divorce as I was recommended by a friend. Thank heavens I did as he was brilliant. I wasted a year with a different firm first. I wished I had gone straight to Jonathan. As soon as he took over everything got moving. I trusted him 100% and at times don't know what I'd of done without his help. Amazing legal firm. Experienced and knowledgeable, they was able to lead me through many pitfalls and stalling points throughout my difficult divorce, Sahil Aggarwal had the lead in my case and was exceptional, easily approachable and professional throughout. The price maybe slightly higher than some, but what you get in there ability and professionalism, is beyond what they charge. I would recommend them to anyone facing a divorce, difficult or otherwise.
