Major Law's handling of my property dispute left a lot to be desired. Throughout the case, unfounded allegations made by their client were put forward by Major, but despite repeated requests, I did not receive evidence substantiating any of those allegations. In my opinion, the focus was on maintaining an adversarial position in attempt to gain advantage, rather than resolving the dispute based on the available evidence. The approach unnecessarily dragged the matter out and ultimately failed to achieve the outcome their client was seeking. The dispute concluded on terms that were much more favourable to me than their client. If you value evidence, amicability and constructive resolution, I would look elsewhere.
