We have been trying to sort out my late farthers estate for over 16 months we email and get no reply leave messages with secretary and no call back how do you get there attention Please will you return my emails and sort out my father's estate

After being unsuccessful in trying to purchase 2 bungalows we were 3rd time lucky. Throughout BHP were excellent, very supportive, helpful & understanding of our problem. Final sale & purchase went smoothly & to time with both being finalised between 12 noon & 1pm on agreed completion day.
