Karlie was simply unbelievable in her time she helped me. I had never been through something like this and the fear, anxiety and constant worry was always there. Yet Karlie was always calm, honest and reassuring and made everything step so clear. Can never thank you enough!

I'm so grateful for jessica gallon and David Anderson they both was very kind and really good at their job. They reassured me and listen to my instructions. I'm so grateful and recommend them.
Never met such an arrogant, ill mannered “professional” in my life. - phone calls never answered. - Hung up the phone on me. - Got confrontational as was not confident with Hines/Blaise representing me in court. - Emails never responded months in advance. - Nil contact from arrest to court attendance without me having to chase it up. ( a year) - WRONG court date attendance letter given/sent out! - WRONG pre charges sent out. Never anyone in the office to respond or answer calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially Blaise shervington.

Luke Jameson provided incredible support and brilliant representation during my trial at the Magistrate's Court, which led to a full acquittal.The false allegations against me completely turned my life and mental well-being upside down, but Ciara and Luke Jameson's honesty, dedication, and amazing support truly saved my life. Absolutely useless!! Can’t even get a call back as I’ve asked for! , 2days I’ve been waiting and 3 calls I’ve done!!! Receptionists are just way nosey. And want to know your business that you should be talking to a professional solicitor that is qualified to help.! AND DUE TO THERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION I HAD MY DOOR CUT OF WITH A CHAIN SAW AND WAS TASERED !!! No thanks to John berry.! They just try to wind people up. Obviously not interested in helping people. Fuming. Plus crown court asked to to call a solicitor and they no! I could go on all day about problems that are needed to be solved in court.!!!!
My dad had a case of DD with previous convictions of similar nature. Our case solicitor was Debbie stars... she was a very professional individual, with alot of experience, communication is a vital aspect for myself as my dad does not speak English, she always kept me in the loop with her excellent communication skills. We was happy with the outcome in court as my dad had been given bare minimum. Will recommend to others. Thank you Debbie 😊

contacted Debbie after my husband was summoned to court, and naturally, we were extremely worried about how things would turn out. Liv & Jess are simply phenomenal and will forever be in my good graces, they were thoughtful and understanding during the whole process, they were diligent in their duties and carried them to the highest of standards, I’m hard work and know at times I probably drove them mad but they understood and were always straight talking, thorough and never made me feel like we were gonna lose and I got a great result with this firm and I would highly highly recommend and wouldn’t ever use anyone else than this.
