I was sent a single justice procedure notice to my home address for allegations that i had been dealt with at the police station for by another firm who i felt hopeless with as they weren’t really that bothered about my case and just left me to make all enquiries my self. I was recently arrested at my home address and taken to the police station in the very early hours of the morning for something i was wrongly accused off. My family called up a few solicitors during the early hours of that morning and had no hope in finding a solicitor who would help at such hours of the morning and were continuously advised that a duty solicitor would be present at the police station and i will be released later in the day. My brother came across this firm on google as it said ‘open’ on their account this was at 2am on that morning.
