    My experience was a professional and supportive service for the sale of my Mother's property. The sale went through smoothly and quickly.     Sharon and Jacob were outstanding from start to finish with our very difficult house sale and purchase. Sharon could not have done enough, she went above and beyond. Had Sharon not represented us, our house sale and purchase would have almost certainly fallen through. Sharon certainly has a lot of experience, and outshone all other solicitors in the chain.     Registration of a property with Land registry

    We wanted to register my Fathers property with the Land registry as he had not previously registered it. The process was explained and a delay was predicted although we were told that the registration could be expedited when the property was sold. We agreed a sale for the property last week and after advising Lauren at MFG the land registry title deeds came through today. A very efficient and friendly service.
