Nichola and Beth were superb, we experienced probate issues in respect of the sale. Nicola provided plenary of advice in the early stages and then once the probate had been granted they turned the exchange and completion around in 1 week. We have used Mfg several times now for probate and conveyancing and I cannot recommend highly enough. Both times I have used them have been very stressful times in my life not just because of grief but other reasons and Sharon in conveyancing and Sophie in probate have been beyond wonderful. Not just professional, but caring also. Quick responses to queries and working hard on behalf of their clients they deserve to know they are a credit to their profession.

Poor communication from Victoria was quick enough to get a response when it was their clients but when we wanted to finalise the estate took weeks and various phonecalls to get the matter finalised.

Amelia Edwards and Victoria Wall took up my case and acting with complete professionalism managed to secure the money rightfully mine. Our experience we’ve had with MFG has been amazing! Danielle has been amazing couldn’t do enough for us and she was really reassuring throughout everything, me and my husband were first time buyers and we had no idea what to expect but we would recommend them every time. Like all house purchases we had periods of quietness and we were very nervous and needed reassurance and every time we asked, we were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our experience has been amazing and the whole team have been super friendly making it easy to communicate with and in the future we will alway use them. Me and my husband will be forever grateful for fantastic the service they provided.
