Laura is an absolute asset to Sydney Mitchell and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did throughout the sale and purchase of our new home. Unfortunately, the process became incredibly stressful due to the solicitors acting for the sellers. There were numerous issues and delays, and on more than one occasion it felt as though Laura was not only having to do her own job, but also pick up the pieces and chase things that should have been dealt with by the other side. Throughout it all, Laura was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always incredibly helpful and reassuring, and even replied to us outside of her normal working hours when we were feeling particularly stressed. She genuinely went above and beyond to make what could have been an even more difficult experience as smooth as possible. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough without having to deal with problems caused by the other side, but having Laura in our corner made such a difference. She was professional, approachable, patient and a genuine pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t recommend Laura highly enough.
