I contacted Gemma after my stepdaughter decided to separate from her partner, wanting to understand her legal and financial positioning. Gemma provided excellent, clear advice and immediately put my stepdaughter at ease during a very stressful time. She then handled the house transfer and financial payout incredibly quickly, making the whole process seamless. Our experience with this solicitor was disappointing. We spent a big amount in fees, during which time only two letters were sent to the other party involved. Unfortunately, the matter did not progress or produce the results we had hoped for. We also received monthly invoices throughout the process and were charged for drafting responses to emails received from us. Based on our personal experience, we would carefully consider alternative options before choosing to use their services.

If you need a solicitor who charges exorbitant charges for an incompetent service then these are the people for you they will charge over £2400 for photocopying paperwork that they never check and when questioned about it threaten you with that you have committed a crime so thanks for your charges
