An absolute bad firm. They are more shady than second-hand car salesmen. For around 2 years they messed me around. Promising anywhere between £20,000 - £100,000 for a huge neglect case against the NHS and a separate case against my old work company. Both of which turned out to be a wild goose chase, where the Oakwood underqualified "solicitors" would make excuses for delays, and blatantly ignore phone calls and emails. They are snakes in suits. Do not trust them or you will have your time wasted too. Clearly all of the fake positive reviews are done by the company itself. It is common practice these days. Just focus on the negative reviews because they are the only truthful ones. Avoid this place like you would avoid a rodent.
Very professional and prompt always kept me informed and very friendly kept me up to date at all times and got me my rightful damages would recommend
Samantha at Oakwood was excellent. They were able to handle and manage my claim effectively efficiently and always friendly. My claim was related to a historical claim around loss of hearing They kept me updated with key updates and were able to accommodate around my personal appointments to continue phone consultations. I liked how they were able to rely on digital singing tools to help avoid any unnecessary delays. Had an outstanding experience with Rabina from Oakwood solicitors worked extremely hard for three years fighting my case, medical examinations endless paperwork but Rabina took the headache out of it and did not give up until we got the results we wanted. During my experience, my solicitor Fiona Almazedi was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning she was kind, caring, and genuinely supportive, which made a very stressful situation much easier for me. She always took the time to explain things and made me feel listened to and reassured. In court she was extremely capable and confident, and she did an incredible job for me.
