The lady who dealt with our claim, Claire Sutton, kept us up to date with the progress of the claim and answered our questions clearly.
From start to finish all good, information regarding the claim and all people I dealt with were spot on.
It was helpful to speak to solicitor over the phone so she could explain jargon/ technicalities.

Don’t use this company, Told them about the details of an accident where someone crashed in to the back of me they told me my claim would be a no brainer they then disputed they could win the case due to dash cam footage that I told them about initially! They have now left me with a potential £8000 car repair bill as they instructed a company to repair it , Don’t do it just go through your insurance or find a more reputable company!

Regrettably, based on sight of the footage and the events leading up to the collision, our views on the prospects of success dropped below a point that enabled us to continue acting on a no-win, no-fee basis. Fortunately for all concerned, this decision was made shortly after taking the case on and we recommend that you utilise your own insurance policy to deal with the repairs to your vehicle.
