Samantha at Oakwood was excellent. They weee able to handle and manage my claim effectivel, efficiently and always friendly. They kept me updated with key updates and were able to accommodate around my personal appointments to continue phone consultations. I liked how they were able to rely on digital singing tools to help avoid any unnecessary delays. I would recommend Oakwood for any solicitor claim needs
My case took over 4 years but support from the team at Oakwood was 2nd to none. Rabina was professional and caring throughout. She did an incredible job.

Excellent Service Throughout I selected Oakwood solicitors for my industrial respiratory disease claim. It quickly became apparent that this would be a lengthy and time consuming process. I was fortunate that the majority of the case was handled by Liam Hill, who was eventually able to bring the claim to a very successful conclusion. His role included not only providing professional advice and expertise, but also the sourcing of suitable renowned medical, technical and nursing experts plus a barrister, to support the case. Liam Hill was always extremely patient in ensuring that all information provided was complete and accurate. He always answered communications in a timely manner and in a language that I could fully understand. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and Liam Hill in particular.

Don’t use this company, Told them about the details of an accident where someone crashed in to the back of me they told me my claim would be a no brainer they then disputed they could win the case due to dash cam footage that I told them about initially! They have now left me with a potential £8000 car repair bill as they instructed a company to repair it , Don’t do it just go through your insurance or find a more reputable company!
Hi Alex. Regrettably, based on sight of the footage and the events leading up to the collision, our views on the prospects of success dropped below a point that enabled us to continue acting on a no-win, no-fee basis. Fortunately for all concerned, this decision was made shortly after taking the case on and we recommend that you utilise your own insurance policy to deal with the repairs to your vehicle. During my experience, my solicitor Fiona Almazedi was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning she was kind, caring, and genuinely supportive, which made a very stressful situation much easier for me. She always took the time to explain things and made me feel listened to and reassured. In court she was extremely capable and confident, and she did an incredible job for me.
