My issue with the local ICB is ongoing, yet during this time of great uncertainty, and obvious stress, feel confident in the reassuring support James is providing. Excellent experience
Had an excellent experience with Winston Solicitors - as a first time buyer I was unsure of how it works, but everything was explained very clearly through every stage of the process. My solicitor was responsive and thorough. Highly recommended. Sidraa's communication was excellent and she dealt with everything that came up during the purchase quickly and thoroughly.

Would highly recommend Winston, they were amazing at communicating and explaining everything to me so I knew step by step what was going on. They kept me updated regularly and were overall very helpful, especially Sidraa. I will only use these going forward. Sidraa was super helpful throughout the whole process, she'd reply to me daily (which is very rare for some solicitors) and would call me if there was anything a little more complex to explain to me.

Customer service was outstanding from every single person we dealt with at Winston Solicitors. They were so patient with all our queries and their response time was impeccable. We had an extremely difficult case and they dealt with it wonderfully. Would not use any other solicitors to sell or buy a home. Winston Solicitors were the best solicitors we could have asked for when buying our first home. We feel incredibly lucky to have had them supporting us throughout the process, especially Sidraa. Sidraa is knowledgeable, hardworking, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way during what turned out to be a lengthy and challenging process with a long property chain. Any obstacles or issues that arose were handled professionally and efficiently, which took so much stress off our shoulders at a time when we already had plenty to worry about. Really good experience with Winston solicitors. Frequent contact from our solicitor Olivia and assistant Amanda, answered queries and worked through the process quickly. Really liked the tracker as it broke it down and made the process easier to follow without constantly needing to ask what happens next.

Highly recommend Winston Solicitors
We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests. There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving. As our process stretched over 6 months, there were times when Michelle was out of the office, but Olivia Cooke and Samantha Robertson-Strong seamlessly picked things up and ensured nothing ever slipped. It was an outstanding experience that made a difficult and often stressful process far more manageable. We would highly recommend Winston Solicitors, and especially Michelle, to anyone, and we will certainly look to use their services again in future (although we plan to enjoy our new home and give ourselves a well earned break for now).
