Highly recommend Winston Solicitors
We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests. There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving. As our process stretched over 6 months, there were times when Michelle was out of the office, but Olivia Cooke and Samantha Robertson-Strong seamlessly picked things up and ensured nothing ever slipped. It was an outstanding experience that made a difficult and often stressful process far more manageable. We would highly recommend Winston Solicitors, and especially Michelle, to anyone, and we will certainly look to use their services again in future (although we plan to enjoy our new home and give ourselves a well earned break for now).

My financial adviser had recommended Leasa Foster from Winston Solicitors to support on my purchase of a house as a first time buyer. She demonstrated professionalism throughout all our interactions whether it be verbally or via emails. She provided clear instructions and guidance throughout the different stages and steps of transaction. She was prompt in addressing any queries that I had raised and I felt well-equipped with the information I needed to make decisions throughout the process. I was kept up to date with the progress of the transaction constantly. She was pro-active in following up all other relevant parties to ensure that we complete the steps of the purchase in a timely manner. Furthermore, at a crucial point of the transaction when Leasa had been on leave, her colleague had readily taken over the transaction seamlessly to avoid any further delays. Overall, I would highly recommend Leasa and Winston Solicitors, in general, for conveyancing and property-related matters.

Leasa and Julie were incredible
My partner and I recently bought our first house, and used Winston as our conveyance solicitors. From the first quote (which was very reasonable), the whole process was explained to us, and we were kept up to date with emails, the InTouch app, and phone calls. Leasa is professional and attentive and made sure we understood what was happening, and ensured the vendor's side was providing the necessary material.
