Myself and my partner are first time buyers. We were suggested Winston solicitors and we are really glad that we did. Laura and Amanda were great throughout our auction purchase. They kept us informed and up to date constantly. If we rang to query anything they answered straight away or if they were busy would ring back as soon as they could and explained anything we were unsure of. Laura and Amanda made sure a smooth purchase happened for us even though the sellers solicitor made a mistake on the exchange dates Laura and Amanda did anything they could to try and get the sale through that day. Unfortunately that didn't happen through no fault of their own. We then a couple of days later completed. It has honestly been the smoothest, unproblematic. Fast process that we weren't expecting due to hearing how long things do take. I'm glad we had a very different experience and would continue to use Winston solicitors in the future. Again THANKYOU!!!!

Samantha has gone above and beyond to help our first home purchase go through as quick as possible. We originally we're with another firm but found we we're having a lot of issues with the guidance they were providing and had lost confidence in their ability to manage the process. Samantha stepped in and managed to get everything turned around asap. Her communication was amazing and we we're always updated promptly. Strongly recommend Samantha and her team who dealt with our house sale and purchase recently. They completed their work in a very timely manner, allowing the sale to proceed very quickly once we had a buyer in place. Communication was great, Sam always responded to emails quickly and never made you feel that a question you had was silly. The online progress tracker was also really useful. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommend Winston Solicitors
We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests. There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving. As our process stretched over 6 months, there were times when Michelle was out of the office, but Olivia Cooke and Samantha Robertson-Strong seamlessly picked things up and ensured nothing ever slipped. It was an outstanding experience that made a difficult and often stressful process far more manageable. We would highly recommend Winston Solicitors, and especially Michelle, to anyone, and we will certainly look to use their services again in future (although we plan to enjoy our new home and give ourselves a well earned break for now).
