Would highly recommend Winston, they were amazing at communicating and explaining everything to me so I knew step by step what was going on. They kept me updated regularly and were overall very helpful, especially Sidraa. I will only use these going forward. Sidraa was super helpful throughout the whole process, she'd reply to me daily (which is very rare for some solicitors) and would call me if there was anything a little more complex to explain to me.

I have just dealt with Sidraa Razaq at Winston's and am happy to tell the world how wonderful she is and how simple the process has been (for me at any rate!). So easy to deal with, professional, always quick to respond and also to understand as everything is explained properly. I have been most impressed with how incredibly thorough they are at Winston's. I know this because I have compared what Sidraa / Winston's offer to what friends have experienced with other solicitors. The process was easy to follow using their IN TOUCH software, which is completely user friendly and was checked frequently. It is well designed with clear step by step headers (and idiot proof explanations ) and I always had complete peace of mind that they were on top of everything. I have returned to Winston's because of Sidraa and have sung Sidraa's praises every time a friend is wanting to instruct a solicitor. I would not use anyone else. Sidraa is helpful, easy to deal with, quick to respond, professional and also human - which is important when you are doing something as important and stressful and buying a property. Once I know Sidraa is in my corner - I know everything will be sorted. Everybody buying or selling a property should have a Sidraa in their corner. I wouldn't be without one!!

Highly recommend Winston Solicitors
We recently used Winston Solicitors for conveyancing on both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. Michelle Ayres was exceptional throughout. She was accessible, proactive, and it genuinely felt like she was on our side and working in our best interests. There were a few challenges in the chain, but Michelle was always willing to take the time to explain the situation, outline our options, and keep everything moving. As our process stretched over 6 months, there were times when Michelle was out of the office, but Olivia Cooke and Samantha Robertson-Strong seamlessly picked things up and ensured nothing ever slipped. It was an outstanding experience that made a difficult and often stressful process far more manageable. We would highly recommend Winston Solicitors, and especially Michelle, to anyone, and we will certainly look to use their services again in future (although we plan to enjoy our new home and give ourselves a well earned break for now).
