My son and I purchased a property in the Bath area, recently. and after being referred to Nadine Stevenson, by the estate agent, we could not have been more satisfied with her professionalism and speed of her conveyance. It took less that 2 months to go through the entire process and Nadine, was always available to answer any questions, often out of office hours. She is extremely diligent and a pleasure to work with. We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable). I couldn’t recommend highly enough. They were amazing and we are so grateful to them - above and beyond and 100% worth the extra cost. Thank you guys so much!

Throughout the extended process of 14 months to complete our house sale and purchase, Catherine provided exceptional support. We had to sell our house 3 times due to buyers pulling out and the last sale wasn’t without unnecessary delays due to our buyers legal team. Catherine kept us informed at every turn and did everything she could to facilitate the exchange of contracts. We have used Goughs in the past and we are again extremely impressed with the service we received. Exceptional service. I used the firm's online form to send a query re certification of documents & witnessing a declaration at the Melksham branch office on Sunday evening.
