We recently purchased a property and chose Goughs. Lindsey and her team were incredibly professional, very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Nadine and her team at Goughs completed the conveyancing on a residential property purchase for my wife and I. From instruction, the whole process to completion took a little over 2 months, and that included a slow down for Christmas! The team was responsive and communicative throughout and we felt things were in very safe hands. The more complicated elements of the transaction were translated for us with reassuring explanations and solutions.

I was called by Alice and spoke with her for about 30 minutes and explained my concerns. She gave me some really good advice about how I should progress forward and what I should or shouldn’t be entitled to. Alice was very easy to talk and explained everything in great detail. Should I need help moving forward at a later stage in my divorce I will definitely be asking Alice for further help.

I would highly recommend Isabel and her team. Throughout the conveyancing process communication was excellent and any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and clearly. Isabel took the time to carefully investigate issues and ensure that I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. I always felt that my interests were being protected which as a first time buyer I found very reassuring. The transaction was not without its challenges and Isabel navigated every issue with persistence and professionalism keeping it progressing. We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable). Exceptional service. I used the firm's online form to send a query re certification of documents & witnessing a declaration at the Melksham branch office on Sunday evening.
