Ross listened and kept on listening until he fully understood my situation. He thought his way around my difficulties so that we were able to work together in a way that allowed me to have his guidance without aggravating the situation by revealing my legal support. Ross explained his thinking and reasoning to me so that I understood the strategy. His vast experience was also helpful in keeping costs down for me as he knew of strategies that the other party would use in an attempt to push up my costs and was able to by-pass this. I felt safe. This helped my mental health as well as ensuring we made positive progress through to the conclusion. Em was always friendly and helpful. She was available when Ross wasn’t, so I could leave a message with her that I knew would be accurately and quickly passed on. I definitely saw her as part of our team.

I was called by Alice and spoke with her for about 30 minutes and explained my concerns. She gave me some really good advice about how I should progress forward and what I should or shouldn’t be entitled to. Alice was very easy to talk and explained everything in great detail. Should I need help moving forward at a later stage in my divorce I will definitely be asking Alice for further help.

I would highly recommend Isabel and her team. Throughout the conveyancing process communication was excellent and any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and clearly. Isabel took the time to carefully investigate issues and ensure that I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. I always felt that my interests were being protected which as a first time buyer I found very reassuring. The transaction was not without its challenges and Isabel navigated every issue with persistence and professionalism keeping it progressing. Although the purchase ultimately did not proceed, I was very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to instruct Isabel again in the future.

Very professional and approachable. Will "turned around" quicker than expected which was great. Have to say shocked at the price £1200 ex VAT I can see why people don`t have a Will or make one on line as this coast would be unaffordable to alot of people. It cleared my savings!

We’ve just bought and sold our home. Louis was our solicitor and I can say with some certainty that we’d have lost our dream family home if it wasn’t for him. He worked so hard for us, gave good advice, replied to emails and calls immediately - many many other solicitors don’t (our buyers and sellers solicitors certainly were not as reliable). I couldn’t recommend highly enough. They were amazing and we are so grateful to them - above and beyond and 100% worth the extra cost. Thank you guys so much!
