    I required advice for a dispute with my high street bank which had led to a significant loss of money. Although this advice was obtained via a drafted letter, I felt the cost of this was extremely high for the work involved, especially as I had actually produced all the background required.

Without this expertise and attention to detail i fear i would be seriously lost to arbitrary rule and would have suffered greatly.
