When it comes to review Tracey’s help a word of thank is not enough. I live on rental income and deal with mortgages and re-mortgages regularly. As financial procedures and requirements get more and more stringent, the legal side of the borrowing has become vitally important as nowadays missing an expiry date could mean a monthly interest payment of four digits on flexible rate. That is why ever since I met Tracey I forgot how many years ago I always go back to her whenever I need my own solicitor. It is not easy to explain why I feel so good and what she has done right. Maybe it is her attitude to her work and general approach to her customer: caring and considerate but totally professional and business-like. I have worked with many solicitor firms over the years and most of them are quite good but only Tracey has given me this both reliable and comfortable feeling, so much so that each time when my case is with her I am really entirely carefree and do not worry about anything. It is the kind of impersonal personal trust which only real quality can generate. I have followed Tracey to HCR and would go with her to no matter where.

Absolute shambles when we remortgaged with Wright Hassall. Having to chase them all the time, staff leaving someone else always dealing with the case. There were things they should have completed when we remortgaged with them 2 years ago that they did not do which caused us an issue this time around. We have complained with a very weak response. I would NOT recommend them at all. If there was an option for no stars I would do this.

Still waiting for wright hassall to send drafted doucuments for a house i am buying from orbit homes since july 2021. Orbit homes contracted them to carry out all conveyancing, 5 months and still no documents sent, no response to email or to my solicitor.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hewitson’s. I use them extensively for the legal work in negotiating leases and rent reviews. They are very professional, efficient and good commercial expertise. Highly recommend.
