Having had a bad experience with hidden charges with another law firm, we switched over to Emma at Elite Law Solicitors roughly 4 weeks into our house purchase. Initial thoughts were that she was very approachable and understanding of our situation and eager to help us. Throughout the coming weeks of service, Emma was very communicative and always available, usually responding to queries within a day or two. She was also very open to changes to. Specifically, we moved mortgage provider following exchange and she accommodated the change, enabling us to get a better rate. I would use Emma and ELS services again.

I have recently bought a property and Elite Law acted as my solicitor firm. Claudia was my solicitor, and I have absolutely zero complaints. We were recommended to Kalim from our agents and we couldn’t have been more happier with their recommendation. We heard great stories about people using him and being happy, so it made sense for us to use him for our sale and purchase of our home, and we couldn't be more pleased. The experience from our first time buying a house is night and day. With what can be a stressful experience, Kalim made everything clear, straightforward, and manageable. Communication was prompt, and he patiently answered every single question we had without making us feel rushed or confused. Everything moved along to completion smoothly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kalim to anyone looking for a reliable person. He truly became our safe space and we felt at ease knowing he was always there. When we hit a few unexpected bumps with the chain, Kalim stepped up, kept calm, and sorted everything out with great efficiency. We wouldn't hesitate to use Kalim and Elite Law again.
I can't imagine a worse experience selling a property than what transpired earlier this year using Elite for conveyancing. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary and very costly delays, and a final bill (£4,975) ending up at more than DOUBLE their original quote (£1,900). Five thousand pounds to sell a modest 2-bedroom flat in Glouscestershire. Just about every email I sent was met with an out-of-office automatic reply, and it would take days to get an actual response. They were attentive for the first few weeks after instruction, but within two months I felt like I was constantly chasing them. Kalim Akhtar was polite, but far from responsive and not especially respectful of the time and money being wasted. Yes, there were issues and delays caused by the flat's management company, but I would have expected a large firm with multiple offices to be able to handle what should have been a simple transaction with more efficiency and attention. I truly regret not using a local solicitor and being taken in by Elite's initial quote.
