I was very pleased with the service I received selling my house. My initial phone call was answered by George and he explained everything to me in ordinary terms and made me feel very comfortable. Dawn then was my conveyancer and she was very good and kept me fully informed.

The whole process took longer than I had initially anticipated but this was not the fault of Fraser Dawbarns. The delay was caused by the transferee, some of which was beyond her control. I cannot thank Dawn Tegerdine enough for her support and knowledge during this process, especially when the delay caused by the transferee threatened to jeopardise my sale and purchase of a new property.
