Rowlinsons Solicitors Limited

Rowlinsons handled the sale of our west Sussex porperty and were exceptional from start to finish. Sammy (lead solicitor) and Courtney (paralegal) were exceptional and had to cope with a very challenging process. They were delightful to deal with. Highly recommend!

I’ve been really impressed with Rowlinsons! The app is fantastic and really user-friendly, and the team were always quick to respond to any queries through it. I honestly cannot fault the whole process, from the app itself to the team who looked after my sale and purchase. Everything was handled brilliantly, and the communication throughout was excellent. A huge thank you to Laura, Emerson and Chelsie for all your help and support. You’ve been fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rowlinsons!

I contacted Rowlinsons for support in dealing with a transfer of equity and separation issue. Laura took my case and she was phenomenal throughout the process. She listened to me, gave me options and was consistent with her communication. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again if ever needed.

Being a first time buyer my knowledge of processes, terminology and timelines was almost nonexistent. Lucy was very knowledgeable explained all processes and explained any alternatives so I could make informed decisions that were personal to me, allowing me to stay calm during a hectic time. Communication was regular and replies were quick. Cannot fault her!

I genuinely cannot recommend Sammy at Rowlinsons Solicitors highly enough. We had an incredibly difficult situation with one of our house purchases which ended up going on for over a year, and Sammy was there fighting our corner every single step of the way. She dealt with some extremely difficult people and situations, always making sure things kept moving, that everything was properly followed through, and that we were kept informed throughout the entire process. What could have been an even more stressful and arduous experience was made so much easier by having Sammy on our side. She is incredibly professional, persistent, knowledgeable and powerful when she needs to be, while also being one of the friendliest and loveliest people to deal with. You genuinely want Sammy on your team. I always felt like she cared about getting the right outcome for us rather than simply getting the job done, and I’m incredibly grateful for how much she has done for us over the past year. I honestly don’t have a bad word to say about her and would work with her again in a heartbeat. We’ll absolutely be coming back to Sammy for anything we need in the future. Thank you so much, Sammy, for getting us through what has been one hell of a journey!

I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons Solicitors. As a first-time buyer I was quite nervous, but my solicitor, Sammy, and his assistant Chloe, guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. I also really appreciated their digitalised system and app, which made communication and managing documents so simple and convenient. Their support, efficiency, and dedication truly stand out, and I would highly recommend Rowlinsons Solicitors to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring legal assistance.

A massive thank you to Sammy and Chloe you were both fantastic, they both made buying of our house easy and stress free. Excellent value for money and so easy to use the app provided, the times I rang I was put through straight away and my questions answered. Highly recommended and a great choice you wont regret :-)

Rowlinsons recently acted as conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. The sale process involved 5 properties, so as you can imagine it was stressful. However, the team at Rowlinsons kept on top pf the process throughout and chased up the other solicitors and even our estate agent for updates. Special mentions and thank you to Jazmine and Michelle who always kept on top of things throughout.

Excellent service from all the team at Rowlinsons for my house sale , would definitely use again and recommend
