We used SAS Daniels to handle the sale of my late father's house. Charlotte was excellent at communicating and after delays caused by probate the team went out of their way to ensure the sale went through before the buyer's mortgage offer expired. We also used Kirsty to assist us with obtaining the necessary letters of administration and she was also extremely helpful. I would recommend them highly.

A professional, prompt and human service from start to finish. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the years but the purchase of our new home has been excellent and probably the best service we have experienced. Helpful, very timely and accessible by phone,email and in person. We would highly recommend SAS Daniels Chester.
