I engaged Susan Howarth & Co for what turned out to be something of a complex and difficult case. Nicola Deakin took up this mantle with total confidence, understanding and compassion. Throughout the case her precise and direct approach was greatly appreciated both in terms of updating me and responding where required to others. Nicola was in regular direct contact and I felt totally at ease knowing that the best possible outcome was a realistic expectation due to Nicola's hard work, determined and disciplined approach. Whilst I hope to not need to engage a law firm again for the foreseeable if I ever did need legal representation in future my first phone call would be to Nicola irrelevant of the issue at hand, she is a credit to her law firm and above all a top tier legal professional. Susan Curzon was amazing. She was really helpful, easy to contact and very patient. The conveyancing process was very quick and efficient and Susan was really helpful in dealing with the delays we had about completion ( due to the sellers needing longer to move out than anticipated. She kept in touch frequently during the wait. I cannot recommend her hightly enough
