I highly recommend this solicitors as i feel they go above and beyond to help with any issues that arise.I have gone through my separation from my partner to sorting my finances and court appearances to then selling my house doing the conveyances and with my case being complex i.e not amicable with my ex then not many solicitors will do this but Susan Howarth are excellent and professional.I would highly tell anyone to use this firm 100%.Thank you it has been a long road from start to finish but we got there in the end with help from you so i want to thank you all for what you have done i could not of done it without you

I was introduced to Nicola in late July of last year, to help me with a very different and emotional case. Nicola Deakin took on my case with total confidence and compassion. All the way through a very difficult and upsetting 12 months she was always on hand and in direct contact night and day. Always keeping me updated straight away. I felt totally relaxed and confident Nicola would get me the result I could only pray for. Not only did Nicola get the result myself and my family had hoped, she went on to get us more than we could’ve ever imagined! I cannot say thank you enough for all she has done. Throughout the case her precise and direct approach was greatly appreciated both in terms of updating me and responding where required to others. Nicola was in regular direct contact and I felt totally at ease knowing that the best possible outcome was a realistic expectation due to Nicola's hard work, determined and disciplined approach. Whilst I hope to not need to engage a law firm again for the foreseeable if I ever did need legal representation in future my first phone call would be to Nicola irrelevant of the issue at hand, she is a credit to her law firm and above all a top tier legal professional. If I could give a 0 star I would phoned up last week said I can have a Wednesday appointment between 10/11am sounded promising 1pm comes no call so I ring them did she not ring you no? Okay she'll ring you later 4pm comes no phone call so I ring them oh she tried ringing and there was no answer nobody tried ringing me then they say oh she went to court so she didn't have time to ring you okay so why lie to me? " can't you just go to court" no? If your having child problems DO NOT go to these you will waste your time

Susan Howarth Solicitors are an excellent practice, and in particular Nicola Deakin is extremely competent, knowledgeable, strong and I would thoroughly recommend her for any family/child issues. She achieved everything we hoped for and more.
