Having used a number of solicitors over the years, I was introduced to Fiona Bruce a few years ago to execute the will of my late mother-in-law. They were excellent; compassionate, caring, very thorough, quick and efficient, inspiring full confidence in me. Excellent and professional service. My house move wasn’t the easiest (issues with titles and deeds) and I was also keen to move quickly. Luke and the team were great, patient with my constant mithering and diligent to the very end. Thanks for your help with everything
My initial impressions of this firm were really positive. However after an initial consultation a promised summary email didnt arrived. When chased, a PA phoned me back to gather details to help her 'find the original notes'. Despite this hick up I was keen to proceed with their services and requested this via email. I never got a response. At a difficult period this has been an unwelcome stress.
I would not hesitate in using Fiona Bruce Solicitors again. They dealt with my Late Mother's Estate and property sale. Thanks for a great service.
