We used TBI for their conveyancing services in relation to a house purchase. We worked with Maria Northrop’s team at their Stockton office. We found that TBI were professional, reliable and courteous through our interactions with them. There were a few little hiccups along the way (our conveyance took nearly 1 year through no fault of TBI or ourselves) which were quickly rectified and didn’t pose any issues. If I were to pick one criticism it would be that I would have been liked to have been kept up to date more regularly even there were no developments as this would have given us peace of mind and reassurance, especially over how long it was taking. Their price was comparable to other solicitors firms. We will likely be using TBi in future.
