Great company

The team, especially Amy, have been very helpful and have had to deal with my quite delayed and a bit complex case of selling mine and my ex-partner's house. There have been tensions high, a lot of chasing, a lot of doubt and a lot of stress, especially for myself as I was caught in this difficult process, however the team, led by Alison, handled it with professionalism and to the best of their ability. Thank you for staying in the process for the better part of a year and helping me with advice when I didn't know what would happen. I am glad the process is finished and I admire Amy for keeping her calm when things were difficult for people involved. Kind regards

Megan, Sophie & Jasmine did a brilliant job in conveyancing for my recent sale and purchase. It was my first time doing it and hopefully last time. Although things didn’t go accordingly, Megan kept me extremely well informed and helped guide me on complicated legalities that I’d never heard of. I cannot recommend TBI enough based on this recent experience. Thanks again.

Tilly Bailey & Irvine were a nightmare to use from start to finish. We were passed around from person to person in regards to the sale of our property and purchase of our new property. Communication was horrendous they did not communicate with each other, did not respond to emails or queries and never answered the phone. We had to contact our estate agent each time for them to push a response. They delayed opening our file for the first month which put a delay in the whole chain. There were multiple errors with all the finances and contracts that we had to point out and our financial advisor had to do most of their work for them (ie chasing banks for redemption statements / completion statements). Their fees are way above average market but the service is horrendous. A bill they sent to us stated we owed them money following all completion of the sales however once our mortgage advisor had checked it over they in fact owed us thousands. Following completion they did not pay us our owed money which we had to chase and luckily did receive it in the end the following week. We only used this firm as we were originally recommended to by the estate agents. I would never use this firm again nor would I recommend anyone else does. They cost us extra money, stress and delays!

A slow start with the progress of the sale of our house. Mistakes made initially but a five star service once our file was taken over by Megan Raw. Friendly, approachable, responsive and conscientious; she turned around the whole experience and made it a positive one. Grateful that she is also handling the purchase of our new property.
