After being in an accident at work I woke with both of my legs in metal frames not knowing what the next hour would look like. Leigh Day were recommended to me whilst I was still in hospital and straight away they were amazing. I was deliberately knocked off my bike by a driver in a rental car. The car company failed to pass on the driver details to the police. But Leigh Day managed to get me substantial compensation for the injuries and damage to the bike anyway. No fees for me. Highly recommend.

My partner was killed by nhs doctor I contacted leigh day highly recomended by someone they took on. My partner died of sepsis following 9 months of non treatment she had a plural effusion after 3 weeks drainage was discharged with no follow up appointments or imaging and died of undiagnosed SEPSIS Leigh Day were approached and asked to look at case withing 18 hours not taking any recorded evidence we were turned down WHY no explanation just a email couldn't even be bothered to call to explain were devastated I'm now so down I'm contemplating taking my life my sons also devastated.

Poor communication, uncaring, unprofessional but mostly lack care and a thorough understanding of trauma. I complained about a severe lack of progression and mistakes in our case and was met with an email from one of the partners of the firm of such staggering rudeness and fake care that I am still deeply shocked, hurt and upset. Solicitors do deal with facts but their clients deal with emotions from their experiences and this seems to be utterly forgotten. I can in no way recommend them.

Extremely poor communication and total neglect. I instructed this firm, signed all the necessary paperwork, and my case was transferred to Taylor Greyson. The last response I received was in September 2025. Since then, it has been months of absolute silence. They do not answer phone calls or reply to any emails. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with important legal matters that have strict deadlines. I have now filed a formal complaint and will be taking this to the Legal Ombudsman. Avoid this firm if you want a reliable solicitor who actually communicates with their clients.

Never took my case

Where do I even begin, there are not enough words to share my gratitude. I started this journey back in 2021, after suffering life-changing injuries following the birth of my child.
