Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.

We had Osborne law for over 2 years. Devorah Ormonde worked for us a much shorter time and charged us over double with no results. Ms. Ormonde completely alienated a highly qualified witness with no plan or empathy with her questioning. All solicitors know the law and process is the same. The aim of this firm is to extract money. Her judgement is poor and steps she suggested incurred costs with no hope of resolution in hindsight. Avoid . There are much better firms around.

I sought legal advice from Harry Medway as I was selling a property which was rented out at the time. I found Harry very pushy and unprofessional, I did not sign a contract or pay any fees as I was not ready for work to commence, but he took it upon himself to carry out work and then charged me £750 plus VAT, I saw no paperwork to prove any work was carried out and as the company held my property funds once the sale went through, I was forced to pay the fees as I was unable to have my funds until this was agreed. This added more stress to an already stressful time. I would not recommend RFB.

Instructed Beth for a family settlement case, poor work ethic, cost driven solicitor. I would suggest to look carefully what they put down in the customer care letter. And make sure to agree on a price cap to avoid surprising invoices at termination.
