Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for the way our conveyance was handled, Amy Paterson was certainly well organised, promptly, and effectively dealing with all the relevant correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had any queries or concerns, they were dealt with very professionally. Amy and the other team members were brilliant. I was initially concerned about using and app and dealing with a lot of the paperwork electronically. I needed not worry as it was easy to navigate and a great way of updated and keeping track of all communications.
