Use twice, very happy twice

I came to Nash & Co through a recommendation, which they thoroughly lived up to. During my first purchase with them I was very stressed out - calling Amanda at least once a week. Despite this she remained friendly, cheerful and professional throughout - long after I would have lost patience! My second purchase has been quite complicated, but Amy, Alia and James have doggedly stuck with it, sorting out a lot of complicated detail for me in a calm and professional manner despite quite a bit of pressure from the other side. I'm completely happy with all the work done on my behalf. Special mention to Claire on reception who is also super-helpful. This really is a firm where proactive, helpful and friendly professionalism is the ethos going all the way through. They make me feel included but also supported and protected, which is pretty much what I want from a lawyer. Can't recommend enough.

I used Nash & Co for the sale of my house and would highly recommend them. I found them to be very communicative, always responding to my emails within 24 hours, and acted promptly getting things done as quickly as possible. When they felt I was able to do something without needing to use their service they informed me so to help me avoid unnecessary costs. I knew quite a few friends who sold their house at the same time as me and had a very different experience with their solicitors. The house selling process is stressful and you need someone you can trust and won’t have to continually chase and this is how I felt working with Rhiannon and Alia at Nash.

Our solicitor, Donna, was incredibly reliable and consistent - always completely on top of proceedings and meticulous in her approach. Good experience of Nash & Co as a first time buyer

I recently used Nash & Co for my house purchase and had a very positive experience throughout. The transaction was more complex than expected, but the team communicated clearly and consistently at every stage and always responded in good time. I particularly appreciated that they were realistic and professional throughout the process - they never overpromised, but kept things moving steadily and made sure I understood what was happening and why. Amy Paterson handled the conveyancing for me and was excellent throughout. I would happily recommend Nash & Co to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative solicitor for a property purchase.

Friendly, Helpful but Clear

I've had the pleasure of working with Louis and Ian on a retained basis around employment law queries and general advice. Whether it is just a quick query, a complex case support or anything in between both are always quick to support, a pleasure to talk to and clear on advice and guidance. They give a good balance of the legal aspects and commercial considerations which is the perfect balance. Knowledgeable, efficient but most importantly a pleasure to speak to. They additionally try hard to know our business, which goes a long way to giving informed advice.

Both my wife and I have nothing but praise for the way our conveyance was handled, Amy Paterson was certainly well organised, promptly, and effectively dealing with all the relevant correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble and when I had any queries or concerns, they were dealt with very professionally. Amy and the other team members were brilliant. I was initially concerned about using and app and dealing with a lot of the paperwork electronically. I needed not worry as it was easy to navigate and a great way of updated and keeping track of all communications. Your company with Amy as lead provided a superb service and helping us navigate through the conveyancing with clear instruction and the required support along the way. I know I could contact Amy at any time and I would get the correct advice immediately. What I thought was going to be a stressful journey was much simpler than I expected. My parents each had Trusts set up by McClures which are no longer trading. Jones Whyte took over these and after an email conversation confirmed they would charge (not a small amount) just for them to assess how much work would be involved in doing anything with the Trusts. Whilst this would be offset if we did take things forward with them, they could give no other indication of costs until this review had been undertaken. This felt very unreasonable given they opted to take on the business when McClures disappeared. After undertaking some researched we came across a Facebook group and Nash & Co Solicitors were mentioned as a firm that could help. We were hesitant at first simply due to proximity, but Amy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From our initial contact with her we felt in safe hands with someone who knew what they were doing and truly cared to ensure we had the right outcome. Amy laid out the options and in our case we decided to keep the Trusts. Amy was always helpful and answered every query in a timely and open manner, nothing was too much trouble through the process and her fees were exactly as confirmed at outset, with no hidden costs snuck in, Amy even suggested how we could save money in the process. We would highly recommend Amy and her team at Nash & Co if you discover you have an ex McClures Trust. We are also considering Nash & Co for other legal work.
