Our experience, after having instructed the team at Blanchards Bailey to assist us through the process of estate administration and acquiring the Grant of Probate for a deceased family member, was very positive indeed. At every stage the staff were exceptionally helpful and approachable. Each enquiry and request, no matter how trivial, was answered courteously and quickly. As a result of the professional expertise and efficiency of the team looking after us we were able to move through the process at pace.

Really good service, had a will written which was slightly more complicated than the norm, everything was explained and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this solicitor firm.

There is much paperwork to be done after a death which I was happy to produce however when it came to submitting it to the Court I handed the file over to Duncan. The application to the Court was made and the Grant of Probate issued in a matter of two or three weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Blanchard Bailey.
